Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, under supervision of a BCBA. You’ll work in-home within ~30 miles, build communication, social and daily living skills, and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred; if not, training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision from BCBA.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (toileting, eating) as needed.
