Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a Gatehouse Attendant to greet residents and visitors, direct traffic, and manage access within the community. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, and located at the community site. Responsibilities include recording traffic with the KWIC system, reporting incidents, and maintaining gatehouse cleanliness while ensuring only authorized access is allowed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior gatehouse experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at the gatehouse in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide informational assistance and direct traffic within the property.
• Record all vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the access control system (KWIC).
• Observe, report and communicate incidents to management or front desk.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and ensure reports are legible and orderly.
• Keep the gatehouse clean at all times and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
• Enforce parking rules, permitting only pick up/drop-off as applicable.
