Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Gatehouse attendant to enforce access control procedures and provide exceptional customer service within the community. You will screen visitors, contractors, vendors, employees, and real estate agents to determine admittance and direct traffic as needed.

The role requiresstanding at the gate, recording traffic, reporting incidents, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior Gatehouse experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the gate.
• Screen visitors, contractors, vendors, employees, real estate agents and others seeking admittance.
• Record traffic using the access control system.
• Communicate any incidents or information to the Management Office or Security.
• Complete paperwork and reports to ensure legibility and order.
• Maintain a clean gatehouse and ensure only authorized personnel access the community.
