Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Gatehouse attendant to enforce access control and deliver friendly, professional customer service to residents and visitors at our community gate. This position requires a proactive, courteous approach, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

You will greet guests, screen visitors and contractors, log traffic in the access control system, report incidents to the Management Office, keep the gatehouse clean, and ensure that only authorized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience as a Gatehouse employee.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and dependable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Gatehouse attendant must stand and greet everyone approaching the visitor lane in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide informational assistance and direct traffic within the community.
• Record all vehicular and pedestrian traffic entering the property.
• Observe, report, and communicate incidents to Management Office or Front Desk.
• Complete paperwork ensuring reports are legible and orderly.
• Keep the gatehouse clean at all times.
• Ensure that only Authorized Personnel is allowed access.
• Use proper telephone etiquette and greet callers as instructed.
• Report building deficiencies via incident reports or work orders.
