Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Clerk to join its fast-paced warehouse team in Salt River, Kentucky. You will prepare outbound orders, complete paperwork, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments.

Responsibilities include data entry into the warehouse management system, filing documents, and occasional floor work with our equipment. Lift-certified associates may operate forklifts and related gear in a safe manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping with equipment.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and paperwork (BOLs, delivery manifests, yard docs).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and internal teams.
• Data entry into the warehouse management system; filing documents.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment and assist operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment only if lift-certified by Arvato.
