Job summary

Veho in the United States seeks an Outbound Flow Lead - Transportation & Dock to bridge Transportation and Dock Operations during the evening shift, on the dock and in the yard. You’ll spot consolidation opportunities, manage carrier issues, and use data to guide real-time responses across teams.

This individual contributor role requires 1–2 years in logistics, strong communication, and the ability to influence peers without formal authority. Evening/overnight hours, with weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hub/dock/yard operations or a related logistics field.
• Comfort using data tools and dashboards for daily decisions.
• Ability to influence peers without formal authority.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to work evening/overnight hours consistently.
• Owns a modern smartphone and uses apps daily.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Observe dock operations to identify consolidation opportunities and provide feedback.
• Identify potential ad hocs or cancellations using available tools and escalate if needed.
• Conduct yard walks during CPT windows and coordinate with drivers.
• Track inbound late injections and communicate impact to hubs.
• Represent Transportation/Dock issues in daily syncs with GO partners.
• Assist with end-of-shift wrap-down and organize pallets.
• Send end-of-shift reports summarizing findings and issues.
• Operate in a fast-paced, physically active environment on dock and yard.
