Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeast's Management Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Establish controls to ensure P&D units close on time and special customer requests are met.
• Oversee P&D loading, including stops, weight, and load conditions.
• Support loss prevention in the Service Center and drive process improvements.
• Maintain accountability for P&D loads from the Service Center and pursue measurable improvements.
• Plan warehouse layout considering turnover, size and weight of stored items.
• Determine work procedures, create schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and ensure accuracy, neatness, and policy conformance.
• Monitor risks and implement adequate controls.
