Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking an Inbound Dock Supervisor to oversee dock operations and coordinate the activities of dock and yard staff. You will supervise and route shipments, and manage loading/unloading of freight to meet service standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of dock or leadership experience, or completion of Southeast’s Management Training Program. Third shift is possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of dock or leadership experience or completion of Southeast’s Management Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock operations and supervise dock associates.
• Coordinate activities of dock and yard staff.
• Oversee routing of shipments and loading/unloading of freight.
• Ensure P&D units close on schedule and handle special customer requests.
• Implement loss prevention plans and process improvements.
