Veho is hiring an Outbound Flow Lead - Transportation & Dock to bridge Transportation and Dock Operations during the evening shift. You’ll observe dock operations, identify consolidation opportunities, manage ad hoc risks, and influence cross-functional teams to prevent service failures.

You will work on the dock and yard, track CPT timing, coordinate with drivers, and prepare end-of-shift reports. The role requires evening/overnight availability and strong communication to drive action and

Formación

• 1–2 years in hub, dock, or yard ops or related logistics.
• Comfortable using dashboards and data tools for daily decisions.
• Proven ability to influence peers without formal authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; flag issues clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Observe dock operations to identify consolidation opportunities and give real-time feedback.
• Identify potential ad hocs or cancellations and bring findings for approval.
• Conduct yard walks during CPT windows and coordinate with drivers.
• Track inbound late injections and communicate downstream impact to hubs.
• Represent Transportation/Dock issues in daily syncs with GO partners and Logistics Managers.
• Assist with end-of-shift wrap-down and organize pallets by CPT.
• Send end-of-shift reports summarizing ad hocs, cancellations, and carrier issues.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
