Job summary

Veho is seeking an Outbound Flow Lead - Transportation & Dock to bridge the Transportation and Dock Operations during the evening shift. You’ll monitor dock activities, identify consolidation opportunities, and address carrier issues in real time, influencing how teams respond without formal authority.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in logistics operations, are proficient with data dashboards, and can communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hub, dock or yard operations, transportation dispatch, or a related logistics field.

Responsibilities

• Be present to observe dock operations and provide real-time feedback to Operations and Transportation teams.
• Identify potential ad hocs or cancellations and bring findings for approval.
• Coordinate yard walks during CPT windows and assist drivers as needed.
• Track inbound late injections and communicate downstream impact to hubs.
• Represent Transportation/Dock issues in daily syncs with GO partners and Logistics Managers.
• Assist with end-of-shift wrap-down and organize pallets by CPT.
• Send end-of-shift reports summarizing ad hocs, cancellations, and issues.
• Stand and move boxes on dock and yard during a fast-paced shift.
