Job summary

Veho in Indiana is seeking an Outbound Flow Lead - Transportation & Dock to bridge the evening operations of Transportation and Dock. You will be on the dock and in the yard, watching for consolidation opportunities, ad hoc and cancellation risk, and carrier issues, and using real-time data to influence how the teams respond.

This is an individual contributor role requiring 1–2 years in hub/dock operations, comfort with data tools, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hub, dock, or yard operations or related logistics.
• Comfort using data tools and dashboards for daily decisions.
• Proven ability to influence peers without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work evenings/overnight regularly.
• Owns a smartphone and can use apps daily.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Observe dock operations to identify consolidation opportunities and provide real-time feedback.
• Use tools to identify ad hoc needs or cancellations and seek GO approval.
• Conduct yard walks during CPT windows, coordinate drivers, support check-in/out.
• Track inbound late injections and notify hubs of downstream impact.
• Represent Transportation/Dock issues in daily GO partner syncs.
• Assist with end-of-shift wrap-down and organize pallets by CPT.
• Send end-of-shift reports detailing ad hocs, cancellations, and issues.
• Maintain safety and physical activity in a fast-paced dock environment.
