HonorHealth is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Operating Room (Evenings) at Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The role leads OR nursing staff, ensures patient care quality, and collaborates with the Clinical Director to meet unit goals.

Five days a week, evening shifts with a $20k sign-on bonus available, and responsibilities include direct patient care as needed and adherence to stroke care protocols.

Qualifications

• RN Supervisory experience in an OR setting is required.
• Arizona RN license must be active; BLS certification required.
• Stroke care knowledge and NIHSS familiarity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care and staff development.
• Support Clinical Director in managing OR unit staff and patient population.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and collaborate with physicians.
