Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join the Operating Room - Main team in Phoenix. The RN will supervise, assess, plan, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate patient care and staff development, aligning with the organization's mission and stroke care standards.

Candidates must hold a BSN, be licensed in Arizona, and have OR experience; BLS/BCLS certification required. Evening shifts, 5-8 hour shifts, Mon-Fri, with a $20k sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Requires RN with OR experience.
• BSN degree required.
• Arizona RN license required.
• BLS/BCLS certification required.
• 2 years RN experience required; 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Assists the Clinical Director in unit management and ensures adherence to nursing standards.
• Delivers direct patient care per unit needs and collaborates with physicians on the care plan.
• Administers medications and IV therapies; monitors patient status and records observations.
• Supports quality improvement and policy compliance within the department.
