HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Operating Room Circulating role at the Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale. The position offers day shifts with a potential 5x8 or 4x10 schedule and a $20k sign-on bonus. Requires RN OR circulating experience, BSN, and current AZ license.

BLS certification is mandatory. The RN will supervise, plan, and coordinate patient care, collaborate with physicians, and contribute to department budgeting and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• RN with operating room circulating experience required.
• 2 years RN experience required; 3 years preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
• Current AZ RN license or compact state licensure within 60 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Assists the Clinical Director in unit staffing and patient population management.
• Provides direct patient care per unit needs and collaborates with physicians.
• Ensures policy compliance and department budgeting responsibilities.
• Serves as a resource to staff, patients, and families to improve care and outcomes.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
• Directs nursing process and interdisciplinary collaboration.
