Job summary

HonorHealth’s Complete Care-Paradise Valley in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an experienced RN for the night shift to supervise and coordinate patient care and staff development. This role requires prior ER RN experience and knowledge of stroke protocols to ensure quality outcomes, with responsibilities spanning clinical care, collaboration with physicians, and adherence to unit budgets.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN and an Arizona RN license, with 2 years RN experience required and 3 years preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years RN experience required
• Stroke knowledge and protocols knowledge as listed for stroke care
• BLS/ACLS or equivalent certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Manages unit staffing, onboarding, performance, coaching, and budget alignment.
• Provides direct patient care and collaborates with physicians on the medical plan of care.
• Promotes interdepartmental collaboration and contributes to policy and quality improvement initiatives.
