HonorHealth Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an RN Supervisor for the Operating Room to supervise, coordinate, and evaluate patient care and staff development. The role collaborates with physicians, ensures adherence to care plans, and drives quality outcomes in the OR.

Requirements include a BSN, AZ RN license (or compact), BLS, and 2 years of RN OR experience; 3 years preferred. On-site, day shift with a $20k sign-on bonus available.

Competenze

• BSN required; RN license in AZ or compact state (within 60 days)
• BLS certification required
• Stroke-care knowledge and RN OR experience preferred

Mansioni

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates and evaluates patient care and staff development
• Manages unit staffing, onboarding, performance and coaching
• Coordinates with physicians and healthcare team to execute medical plan of care
• Ensures compliance with policies and financial stewardship
• Oversees quality improvement and patient experience in the OR unit
