Qualifications

• Safe food handling or temperature controlled storage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics and manage staffing accordingly.
• Directly supervise 50+ employees and handle payroll, training, and performance management.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and address grievances to maintain harmony in the workplace.
