ID Logistics (IDL) is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Somerset, NJ to manage daily workflow, coach staff, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role reports to senior management and requires coordinating with teams across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a warehousing supervisory role, strong communication skills, and a HS diploma; a Bachelor's is preferred. Salary ranges from $72,000 to $80,000 with bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college level study.
• 2+ years experience supervising warehousing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for products, associates and temporary workers.
• Follow operational procedures for receipt, verification, handling and disposition of materials, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Build a positive teamwork environment through effective listening and communication.
• Maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitor daily safety procedure compliance.
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to associates and temporary workers.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll and time sheets for associates and temp workers.
