Job summary

Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Lakeside Program in Mullica Hill, NJ. This onsite role covers a 3rd shift (Thu 10p-9a, Fri & Sat 10p-11a), totaling 37 hours weekly, to support autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals while upholding Bancroft's mission and values.

Primary responsibilities include supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill building for persons served, and overseeing program-site activities in the absence of the Program

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• BA in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience, or six months as a Bancroft Program Associate.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill building to persons served within a Program site.
• Oversees program-site activities in the absence of the Program Manager.
