Bancroft’s Lakeside Campus in Mullica Hill, NJ is hiring a Senior Direct Support Professional for the Lakeside Program. This onsite role supports autistic and developmentally challenged individuals, offering direct care, supervision, and program leadership within a residential setting.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, guiding daily activities, and ensuring safety and vocational engagement, with a 2nd shift totaling 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; BA in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Two years of related work experience required, or six months as a Program Associate within Bancroft.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill building to persons served within a Program site.
• Supervises direct care staff and manages program site activities in the absence of the Program Manager.
