Job summary

Eaton is hiring a Mission Critical Team Coordinator - B Crew in Sumter, SC. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 3pm–1am. The role drives safety, quality, delivery, and productivity by coordinating materials and leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining order status, utilizing DMM/AS400/Excel, and supporting continuous improvements. Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience.
• Proficient with computer use and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship; no relocation benefit.
• Within 50 miles of the location you will work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material for designated area and between areas to meet ship dates.
• Review orders and update status with manufacturing and material control.
• Utilize Excel, DMM, AS400 and related systems to manage floor stock and records.
• Promote safe, engaged, inclusive work culture and escalate issues as needed.
• Process surplus, rejected, and/or defective material per procedures.
• Attend Tier meetings and monitor Kanban, turnbacks, and SPCs; back-up Team Lead if needed.
