Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Mission Critical Warehouse Team Lead - B Crew in Sumter, SC. The hours are 3pm to 1am, and the position pays $26.00 per hour. This role offers a variable incentive program and focuses on leading the Storeroom Team to meet production and customer needs.

You will manage daily storeroom operations, coach team members, ensure safety and 5S standards, monitor metrics, and collaborate with production to prioritize orders and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• AS400, Vista and DMM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage storeroom daily functions to meet internal/external customer needs.
• Provide motivation and direction to the storeroom team.
• Coordinate task assignments with production to meet urgent orders.
• Enforce safety requirements and 5S standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and develop team members.
• Track production metrics and ensure quality standards.
• Address process improvements and cross-functional communication.
