Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Mission Critical Bus Team Lead - B Crew. Schedule is 3pm–1am, Monday–Thursday, in Sumter, SC. The Team Leader will provide manufacturing expertise, lead the production area, and ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining Eaton’s quality standards.

The role pays $24.00 per hour and offers a variable incentive program. A high school diploma or GED, 2 years of manufacturing experience, and 3 months of leadership experience are required; must live

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• 3 months of leadership experience managing people or project teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Must live within 50 miles of Sumter SC to be considered. No relocation benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee assembly, material allocation, inspection, testing, wiring, and shipping tasks.
• Support training and development of employees as the technical SME.
• Coordinate resources and delegate tasks to meet production goals.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive projects to completion.
