You will assist with leadership duties, coordinate cross-functional material flow, and participate in production meetings to resolve issues and ensure on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material for the designated area and between areas to meet ship dates.
• Review and update order and material status with supervisors and teams; attend multi-functional production meetings.
• Review orders and documentation to ensure team has correct information and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Excel, DMM, AS400, and related tools to manage floor stock and records.
• Promote safe, engaged, inclusive culture and escalate issues to supervisor.
• Act as back-up Team Lead when needed to maintain leadership continuity.
