Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Mission Critical Material Controller - Warehouse in Sumter, SC. The role starts at 6am and runs 6am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a base hourly rate around $19.25 and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

You will receive shipments, manage inventory in Eaton systems, and support production line needs while ensuring quality and safety standards are met within a 5S organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Lean concepts knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and update inventory in Eaton systems to support timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate cycle counts, compare against records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process shipping paperwork, invoices, and related documents.
• Pack, label, and secure equipment and materials for shipment to minimize damage.
• Follow safety, quality, and Lean guidelines and participate in continuous improvement.
