Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER ARS division in Sumter is seeking a Mission Critical Warehouse Team Lead - B Crew. This role leads the Storeroom Team, directing daily tasks to ensure timely material handling and customer satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot processes, drive improvements, and partner with internal and external customers to meet goals and safety standards, while promoting teamwork and training across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Forklift experience is required.
• No relocation benefit; must reside within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage storeroom daily functions to ensure material is organized and meets internal/external customer needs.
• Motivate and lead the storeroom team to align with production, safety and quality goals.
• Coordinate with production to ensure urgent orders are fulfilled first.
• Enforce all safety requirements and 5S standards in the workplace.
• Provide on-the-job training and develop team and product group needs.
