Responsibilities include ensuring safety, documenting care, and supporting departmental operations. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health or a related field, or a non-behavioral degree with at least one year of behavioral health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or a related field; or a non-behavioral health degree with at least one year of behavioral health experience.
• Maintain information as highly confidential and demonstrate professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient care and group activities within assigned treatment programs.
• Provides one-to-one supervision to ensure patient safety.
• Completes documentation for patients and programs.
• Participates in treatment planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Performs clerical tasks to support department operations.
