Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health (or non-behavioral field with behavioral health experience). CPI/CPR certifications required within specified timelines and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field or in a non-behavioral health field with behavioral health experience.
• Maintain information as highly confidential.
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates didactic, educational and unit/program groups.
• Encourages patient participation in therapeutic activities.
• Supervises patients to ensure safety and involvement in treatment.
• Provides one-to-one supervision to ensure patient safety.
• Participates in treatment planning with interdisciplinary team.
• Completes patient, program, and department documentation.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support operations.
