Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Mental Health Associate I for Linden Oaks Naperville, night shift, per diem. The role involves facilitating groups, supervising patients, and supporting treatment plans within the Linden Oaks Hospital, Naperville location.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or related field (or equivalent with behavioral health experience), plus CPR and CPI certifications within specified timelines. Per diem schedule includes weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a non-behavioral health field with a minimum of one year behavioral health experience.
• Maintain information as highly confidential and uphold professional boundaries.
• CPR and CPI certifications within specified timelines or as required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates didactic, educational and unit/program community groups; encourages patient participation.
• Provides one‑to‑one supervision to ensure patient safety and engagement in treatment.
• Orients new patients to unit, program and milieu, and communicates handoff information.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning and discharge planning input.
• Completes patient, program and department documentation accurately and promptly.
• Performs clerical and supportive duties to enhance department operations and track patient progress.
