Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring for Mental Health Associate I to provide direct patient care in Naperville, IL. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field, CPI/CPR certifications, and strong teamwork for treatment planning and patient safety.

Hours are 3:00pm to 11:00pm with rotating holidays and weekends. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, including career growth opportunities and training in therapeutic milieu

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Behavioral Health related field is required or
• Bachelor’s degree in another field with at least one year of behavioral health experience preferred
• CPI certification and CPR certification are required or preferred as listed

Responsibilities

• Facilitates didactic, educational and unit/program community groups within the assigned treatment programs.
• Encourages patient participation in therapeutic activities and supervises patients for safety.
• Orients new patients to unit, program and milieu and provides hand-off information.
• Participates in treatment planning with interdisciplinary team and contributes to discharge planning.
• Completes patient, program, and department documentation.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support operations.
• Monitors progress and communicates with charge person and families.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health related field

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a non-Behavioral Health related field, minimum of one year of behavioral health experience
