Castlewood Senior Living in Nixa, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to join our team. This full-time role focuses on empathetic resident support, engagement, and daily care within a memory care setting, with a 3:00pm–11:00pm shift schedule.

You will advocate empathy, observe residents to tailor engagement plans, and help maintain a welcoming, well-organized environment. Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma, strong English communication, and be able to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read/write/communicate in English with residents.
• Positive energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter resident information.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connection with residents.
• Serve as a patient observer to assess resident interests and abilities.
• Support environment setup and daily routines to enhance resident experiences (mise en scène).
• Act as Life Partner by assisting residents across daily activities.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
