The Henry Senior Living in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the 3:00pm–11:00pm shift at $18–$26.25 per hour. This full‑time role emphasizes empathy, resident engagement, and creating a home‑like environment that supports quality of life.

You’ll document resident care, assist with daily activities, and help orient team members in memory care neighborhoods. Minimum age 18, HS diploma, English proficiency, computer skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and background

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents.
• You will possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Observe residents to discover interests and abilities for engagement plans.
• Create and implement engagement strategies with patience.
• Be a Life Partner by aiding daily living from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
