The Wellington Senior Living in Liberty, MO is seeking a Weekend Warrior Memory Care Support Partner in a full-time role to provide compassionate care to residents. You will advocate empathy, observe residents to tailor engagement, and help set daily life through mise en scène while documenting care and supporting the memory care team.

Responsibilities include building connections, guiding activities, and collaborating with team members to ensure resident well-being and safety throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English literacy with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to print and enter information using a computer.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by building human connections with residents.
• Be a patient observer to learn residents' interests and needs.
• Mise en scène: set the daily environment for activities and routines.
• Life Partner: support residents from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
