Castlewood Senior Living in Nixa, MO is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner. This full-time role offers a pay range of $18–$22.75 per hour with evening shifts (3:00pm–11:00pm) and a schedule that alternates weekly. You will advocate empathy, observe residents, and support daily life and engagement while documenting care and assisting new team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active as role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Be a Patient Observer to discover residents’ interests and engage them.
• Master the Mise en Scène by preparing environments for daily routines and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
