Arrow Senior Living in Nixa, MO is seeking a Care Partner to join our Castlewood location. This full-time role offers a pay range of $17–$22.25 per hour with 7:00am–7:00pm shifts across two weeks. You will provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily activities to enhance quality of life.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, and can communicate in English. We promote from within and offer benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Basic computer skills to document resident information.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Develop human connections with residents and advocate empathy.
• Support residents with sitting, standing and walking and assist after a fall.
