Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA / L1MA) to support residents in our Missouri Memory Care communities. Administer medications under supervision and assist with daily living activities, ensuring safety and dignity.

You’ll join a caring interdisciplinary team in a home-like environment with a strong emphasis on respect, integrity, and growth. Evening shifts available with full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities and competitive pay.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of CMA/L1MA course with MO certification; willingness to complete Med Level One at the community.
• Active certification maintained in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Administer prescribed medications under licensed supervision per MO regulations.
• Verify resident identity before administration; document dosage, time, and observations.
• Monitor resident responses and promptly report adverse reactions or concerns.
• Assist residents with ADLs, meals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Document care, conditions, and intake/output; report changes to charge staff.
