Americare Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA / L1MA) to support residents in Missouri Memory Care communities. You will administer medications under supervision, verify identities, and assist with ADLs while maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medication Aide / Med Level One course with MO certification.
• Willingness to complete Med Level One training at the community.
• Active certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision in Missouri regulations.
• Verify resident identity before administration and document details.
• Monitor responses and report adverse reactions.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe, record, and report care and intake/output.
• Notify changes in resident condition to staff.
• Complete admission, discharge, transfer documentation as required.
• Support coworkers and perform housekeeping duties.
• Greet visitors and assist with tours.
