Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2PM – 10:30PM shift. This position focuses on safe, efficient production of molded OES products per customer specs and preparing items for shipment.

You will monitor cycle times, perform trimming and inspections, and report any quality or safety concerns to supervisors. The role emphasizes adherence to safety, quality, and production standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally or in writing.
• Display safety orientation.
• Physical demands include walking, climbing stairs/ladders, standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review production specifications for each SKU prior to production.
• Remove product from machine within cycle time.
• Trim, file or cut excess flash per specifications.
• Inspect pieces for quality and customer specs.
• Report quality or packing issues to supervisor to limit losses.
• Assemble/add components per order specs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the workstation.
• Label, package, and stack finished product for shipping.
