Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift (Construction) to ensure safe and efficient production of molded OES products in line with customer specifications and shipping readiness.

The role requires the ability to read production specs, operate equipment, inspect parts, adhere to safety procedures, and maintain a clean workstation. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate verbally or in writing.
• Must display safety orientation.

Responsibilities

• Review production specifications for each product SKU scheduled for production prior to shift and ask clarifying questions.
• Remove product from machine per cycle time to meet schedule.
• Trim, file or cut excess flash from product per specifications.
• Inspect each piece to ensure it meets quality and customer specs.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, packing damage or inconsistencies to limit losses.
• Install or assemble any additional components per order specs.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate safety concerns.
• Label, package, and stack finished product for transfer to shipping.
• Follow all safety procedures and report potential hazards.
• Keep workstation clean and organized to ensure safety.
