Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a property management environment, or 2 years in sales, marketing and customer service.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Luxury hospitality, concierge, or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
• Experience with Apple iOS devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for residents, guests, and visitors with a warm, welcoming presence.
• Coordinate reservations, arrange transportation, and fulfill special requests for residents.
• Monitor and maintain lobby and common areas for a clean, organized environment.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Assist with packages, keys, and resident records; support property management operations.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs.
• Stay informed about local attractions and services to enhance resident experiences.
