Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in property management or 2 years in sales, marketing and customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive/SharePoint).
• Experience with collaboration apps including Teams, Zoom & WebEx.
• Experience with Apple iOS devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, delivering a warm and welcoming experience.
• Provide personalized concierge services including coordinating reservations, arranging transportation, and fulfilling special requests.
• Monitor and maintain the lobby and common areas to keep them clean and aesthetically pleasing.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests, exceeding expectations where possible.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as processing packages, managing keys, and maintaining resident records.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs.
• Stay informed about local attractions and services to offer helpful recommendations.
