Circle Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Whiteland, IN. You will act as the bridge for smooth handoffs, provide realtime shipment updates, and support high-volume afternoon/evening operations with proactive problem-solving and strong communication.

You will handle tracking, customer inquiries, and last-minute coverage while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a calm demeanor under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication are essential.

Competenze

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, freight brokerage, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred, but not required.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or during urgent situations.
• Strong computer skills, including comfort navigating data entry portals, tracking systems, and managing a high volume of emails.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to think critically when unexpected logistical issues arise.

• Provide accurate, real-time shipment status updates to customers via email in a professional and timely manner.
• Closely monitor shipments that are in route to pickup locations to anticipate, identify, and resolve potential delays before they occur.
• Assist with last-minute, urgent shipment coverage needs, utilizing problem-solving skills to find quick transit solutions.
• Handle afternoon and evening incoming phone calls, managing end-of-day customer support inquiries with excellent service.
