Job summary

Responsibilities

• Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms and inform them of hotel services.
• Attend to immediate needs of guests and follow through during stay.
• Maintain knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.
• Communicate politely, handle questions and complaints, assist with luggage.
• Inspect shuttles and report issues.
• Deliver excellent guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
