Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience in food preparation, handling, or grill cooking preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend production meetings and execute daily cooking plans for patients, staff, and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Follow HACCP, recipe standards, and sanitation guidelines consistently.
• Prepare daily menu items, specials, and catering orders as assigned.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen areas and properly sanitize equipment.
• Stock stations and communicate shortages or equipment issues to leadership.
• Support quality, efficiency, and patient dining service goals.
