Job summary

ECL GAMING OPERATIONS is seeking a line cook to prepare foods according to exact chef specifications and to set up stations for the menu. You will assist the Kitchen Manager with daily tasks and play a key role in customer satisfaction and acquisition through quality cooking and timely service.

Responsibilities include following recipes, handling weights and measurements, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must follow standardized recipes.
• Knowledge of weights, volume and measurements.
• Prepare food according to health department guidelines.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Stock inventory.
• Read and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions.
