You will work in a team-driven environment, perform various cooking techniques, and ensure food safety and quality throughout service. Evening and weekend availability is required, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsabilités

• Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients and follow recipes to ensure accurate portioning and consistent quality.
• Cooking: Grill, sauté, fry, roast, and plate dishes for service.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of taste and presentation with checks at every stage.
• Timing: Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and efficient service during busy periods.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Adhere to food safety standards and proper storage.
• Inventory Management: Monitor levels and notify kitchen manager of shortages.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cooks and staff to maintain a positive environment.
• Compliance: Follow health, safety regulations and kitchen policies.
