Job summary

ECL GAMING OPERATIONS is seeking a dedicated line cook to prepare food to chef specifications and set up stations for the menu. You will assist the Kitchen Manager with daily tasks and contribute to customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Responsibilities include following recipes, stocking stations, cooking with other kitchen staff, and maintaining health code standards in a high-volume Las Vegas environment.

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience in a kitchen setting.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes with accuracy.
• Knowledge of weights, volumes and measurements.
• Maintain high quality and timely food preparation.
• Follow health department guidelines for rotation and dating.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized recipes and ensure menu specifications are met.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Stock inventory and report shortages as needed.
• Respond to executive or sous chef instructions.
