Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items consistently, quickly, and in line with company specifications. The role requires following recipes, maintaining station readiness, and working in a fast-paced kitchen.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of related kitchen experience, strong teamwork skills, and a solid understanding of food safety and proper preparation methods. This on-site role involves standing for long periods and handling kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and ticket flow.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipe book to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, vegetables and other foods according to proper preparation methods.
• Must cut, broil, sauté, and fry.
• Practice safe food handling and maintain cleanliness at all times.
• Prepare food prep and production recipes per Evergreen Dining LLC recipe book.
• Coordinate and organize received goods and maintain station readiness.
