Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking an Associate Program Director - Behavioral Health to help ensure clinical fidelity, program integrity, and high-quality care across teams. The role collaborates with the Program Director to drive operational efficiency and outcomes, while maintaining regulatory compliance and ethical standards.

The position requires a licensed therapist and evening, in-person hours. Leadership duties include mentoring clinicians, supervising, tracking KPIs, and optimizing workflows

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist required in the state of practice.
• 3–5 years of management or leadership experience in behavioral health.
• Ability to mentor clinicians, audit practices, and support program operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 25 hours of face-to-face client interaction via mentoring, auditing, and individual sessions.
• Maintain a caseload of 4+ clients as needed by facility.
• Provide supervision and oversight for Behavioral Health Technicians and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with Program Director on clinician effectiveness, program success, and KPIs.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and effective grievance management.
