OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Clinical Program Director - Behavioral Health to lead our clinical programs and ensure high-quality care. The role combines clinical leadership with operational oversight, guiding treatment protocols, staff development, and referral management.

Applicants must be a licensed therapist with substantial mental health management experience, and be available for evening in-person hours.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed therapist (state licensure required).
• Evening in-person hours: Monday–Friday 11:00 am–8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Serve as facility CEO-like leader, overseeing clinical integrity and referrals.
• Lead and mentor staff, manage budget, and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with insurance providers for utilization management and documented authorizations.
• Drive KPI reporting and quarterly staff development initiatives.
